Sabah Ismail Al Haidoos is the Chief Executive Officer of Silatech, where she supports and activates the Arab youth job creation dimension of the organization, whether through employment and vocational training programs or through microfinance partnerships.
Al Haidoos co-led the Education Reform Initiative in Qatar that included leading and managing a culture of change in the educational community. She has held multiple leadership positions in the education field, most recently an advisor for the Vice President office of the Supreme Council of Education between 2012-2014. Prior to that she served as the Director of the Education Institute at Qatar’s Supreme Education Council between 2004- 2012, where she presided over many leading national education initiatives, and made positive contributions toward changing the culture of the educational system.
Additionally, she has served as a member in many national councils and committees including a member of the Board of Trustees of Qatar University, of the Al Jazeera Children’s Channel Board of Directors, of the Board of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs, of the Committee for National Statistics, and of the Committee for the National Strategy for the Education and Training Sector. Al Haidoos holds a Master of Public Policy in Islam from the College of Islamic Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University.
