Rabha Zeidguy is a member of the High Counsel for Audiovisual Communication of the High Authority of Audiovisual Communication (HACA), appointed by the King of Morocco, in charge of legal affairs. She is also professor at the Superior National School of Administration since 1984. She is an activist and has dedicated years of her professional life to issues related to gender, public governance, and fighting corruption.
Zeidguy served on many national associations and commissions among them: the High Instance of National Dialogue on the Reform of the Judiciary in 2012 and 2013; and the Central Instance for the Prevention of Corruption (ICPC) 2008-2011. She also was the Director of Administration at the Ministry of the Modernization of Public Sectors from 2005 to 2008, namely in charge of implementing the Mid-Term Strategic Program pertaining to the institutionalization of the gender approach in the Moroccan public sector, aiming at reducing gender disparities in terms of human resource management mainly through the introduction of gender approach into job descriptions; the increase of women representation and participation to decision-making positions; and the promotion of the balance between family and professional lives. Zeidguy was also the Head of the Department of Legal and Administrative Affairs from 1996 to 2002, in charge of international cooperation, at Morocco’s market authority.
