Fatima Sekkak is active in several national and international associations. She has held numerous positions in her country as president of the Activities Commission of the Moroccan Federation against drugs and smoking, President of the association Atawassol Taqafi wa Tarbaoui Moad Bnou Jabal, member of the Moroccan network of the Anna Lindh Foundation, Assistant Secretary of the AFED association, Vice President of the Moroccan Observatory of Education, volunteer in the Lalla Salma Foundation for Cancer, and General Secretary of the Nejma Migrants Association.
Sekkak is a researcher in the pedagogical sciences and a specialist in family education, listening and dialogue in schools, and listening observatories. All of her activities focus on education for citizenship, intercultural dialogue, and the issue of women. She is also a member of the administrative council of the Espace Associatif, and representative of Jossour FFM at the Espace Associatif. She has been a member of Jossour FFM since 1997, and was director of the Legal Literacy Center of the association from 2001 to 2004.
Sekkak holds a degree in political science.
