Bouchra Bouchentouf is the president of the Moroccan Association of Gender and Development (AMGED), as well as the Treasurer of Jossour FFM. She is also a Faculty of Science, Law, and Economics: Economics Branch, and part of the School of Information Science Archival Option and Documentation Center.
Outside of academia, Bouchentouf has also been in governmental positions, at the Planning and Economic Affairs Directorate in the Ministry of Agriculture from 1981-1987, and at the documentation center of the Ministry of Agriculture from 1988-1996, she also worked with the Social Work Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture from 1997-2005 while also a member of the National Office of the Social Work Foundation.
Bouchentouf also held various political positions outside of the Ministry of Agriculture in the years 1997-2002, as vice-rapporteur of the budget for the Municipal councilor of the Rabat-Hassan commune, and as a member of both the Finance and Economic Development Committee and the Cultural Affairs Committee in the Rabat-Hassan Municipality.
Currently, Bouchentouf is a member of the National Council of the Socialist Union Party of Popular Forces USFP, Treasurer of the Provincial Office of Rabat, the Socialist Union of Popular Forces USFP, Member of the National Secretariat of the Ittihadia Women’s Socialist Organization, Member of the Executive Bureau of the Democratic Labor Organization (ODT), Member and Treasurer of the National Office of the Jossour Association Forum of Moroccan Women, and Vice President of the White Hearts Association Morocco.
